A&E BRIDAL UPDATE ON COVID-19
Due to recent NSW government announcement regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, for the safety of our Community, Customers and Employees, A&E Bridal is required to temporarily close the store from 25th March until we are given advice that it is safe to reopen.
For existing custom-made orders, we have not foreseen any significant delays. Our suppliers are still supplying all ordered gowns and all delivery schedules are on time. Please contact Eunice to reschedule dress fitting if you were going to postpone your wedding date.
During the period of closure, we will do our best to respond to all request emails within 48 hours. Please continue to leave us messages via firstname.lastname@example.org.

At AE Bridal House, we design and manufacture affordable and elegant products including bridal gowns, bridemaids' dresses and prom dresses to meet the needs of our customers.
Various bridal accessories including jewellery, veils and crystal head pieces are also sold to help the bride create a stunning outlook for the big day. Our dresses are designed to emphasise femininity with a touch of elegance and they are perfect for weddings, functions and other formal occasions.
Intricate fabrication is achieved by using delicate materials like silks and laces and the gowns are embellished with detailed handwork, completing the beautiful design of exquisite beading and embroidery.

Payment Procedures Of A Product
* Deposit - 50% of the full price is required once confirm the purchase
* Balance Payment - 50% of balance is required to pay off on the first fitting appointment.
( Instalment plan is possible if consented by us)
* Put An Item On Hold - If you wish to put an item on hold for ONE week due to some reasons before commit to purchase the item, $100 holding fee is required. And it will be part of deposit payment if item deposit was paid WITHIN 7 DAYS.
Purchase And Payment's Terms & Conditions:
*Custom-order product is not refundable or exchangeable. Full payment must been made if cancelled, unless the cancelation reason is due to our faulty issues, such as unacceptable quality problems or it is impossible to deliver before the wedding date.
*Sale Item is NOT refundable or exchangeable. Sale Item is required to pay full amount once commit the purchase unless consent by us.
*Once Deposit is made, it CANNOT be refunded at any circumstances.
*Full amount of deposit must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS once you commit to purchase an item. If it was failed to manage the payment WITHOUT any notification to us by required due day, the deal will be cancelled automatically. Any initial deposit or dress holding fee will NOT be refunded.
*Dress holding fee is NOT refundable if there was no order continued after 7 days.
*Balance must be made before Pick-up.
