At AE Bridal House, we design and manufacture affordable and elegant products including bridal gowns, bridemaids' dresses and prom dresses to meet the needs of our customers.
Various bridal accessories including jewellery, veils and crystal head pieces are also sold to help the bride create a stunning outlook for the big day. Our dresses are designed to emphasise femininity with a touch of elegance and they are perfect for weddings, functions and other formal occasions.
Intricate fabrication is achieved by using delicate materials like silks and laces and the gowns are embellished with detailed handwork, completing the beautiful design of exquisite beading and embroidery.

Payment Methods:

Payment Procedures Of A Product
* Custom-Made Orders

Deposit – A deposit of 50% of the full price is required upon confirmation of purchase to secure the item.

Balance Payment – The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the first fitting appointment. An instalment plan may be arranged only with prior approval from A&E Bridal House.
*Off-the-Rack / Sample Sale Items

Full Payment – Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm and secure the item.
*Putting an Item on Hold

If you wish to put an item on hold for up to one week before committing to purchase, a $100 holding fee is required. This fee will be applied as credit toward the deposit if the deposit is paid within 7 days of holding the item.
Purchase And Payment's Terms & Conditions:
*Custom-order products: Custom-order products are not refundable or exchangeable. Full payment must be made even if the order is canceled, unless the cancellation is due to our fault, such as unacceptable quality issues or the inability to deliver the dress before the wedding date.
*Sale Items: Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable if the customer decides to cancel the purchase for personal reasons, including wedding cancellation, relationship breakup, or change of mind and preference. Full payment is required for sale item once the purchase is committed unless otherwise agreed upon by us.
*Deposits: Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
*Payment Deadlines for Dress Holding: The full amount of the deposit must be made within 7 days of committing to purchase an item. If payment is not made within this timeframe and no notification is provided, the deal will be automatically canceled. Any initial deposit or dress holding fee will not be refunded.
*Dress Holding Fee: The dress holding fee is not refundable if no order is continued after 7 days.
*Balance Payment: The balance must be paid before the dress is picked up.
Cancellation and Unwanted Dresses:
*All Sale Items are considered final sale. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted if the customer changes their mind, unless the item is defective, does not match the description, or is unfit for its intended purpose. Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect and try on Sale Items prior to purchase.
*Cancellation after Purchase Confirmation: Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is made, if the bride decides to cancel the purchase due to personal reasons (such as wedding cancellation, relationship breakup, or change of mind), the payment will not be refunded.
*Dress Pickup: The dress must be picked up within a maximum of one year from the date of purchase. If the bride does not pick up the dress within this timeframe and does not inform us about the pickup time, the dress will be considered abandoned stock and will be put back on the rack for resale.
